Guest Journey Phone app for iPhone and iPad

The “Guest Journey Game” app was created in cooperation with NHTV, the academy of facility management, specifically to facilitate the users of a building whilst mapping out their Guest Journey. This game is part of a design method called “from Guest Journey to guest satisfaction”. This method grounds investments/actions to increase guest satisfaction. The apps makes it possible to take photos and add descriptions to them in an organized way. This application is to be used in conjunction with the tablet app

By making pictures and uploading them to the server, users contribute to building a realistic picture of the building they utilize every day. All the pictures and comments are used by (facility)managers to determine which improvements are needed. Users are able to start a “Guest Journey”, pause it and resume later. Users are able to send in multiple “Guest Journeys” from one phone.
